DR BETTY DILLEY

Hi! I’m Dr Betty Dilley, the founder of Vitality Kaua’i. I am a Board Certified Physician who is thrilled to offer cutting-edge technology and minimally invasive procedures to enhance your natural beauty and stimulate your body’s innate ability to heal itself. After 20 years in Emergency Medicine, my passion for skin, beauty and rejuvenation led me out of the Emergency Room and into Aesthetic Medicine. 

I love getting to know each of my clients and creating personalized treatment plans. I specialize in skin rejuvenation and the treatment of age-related skin conditions, such as wrinkles, sun damage and collagen loss. Our team of qualified practitioners and our wide variety of treatment options help our patients reach their aesthetic goals. 

I would love to partner with you on your journey to looking refreshed and rejuvenated in a very natural way! We can’t stop aging, but we can choose to do so gracefully.

In my personal time, you will find me on the golf course with my hubby of 23 years, jogging around the neighborhood or researching our next travel destination.

BRIAN DILLEY, CCMA

Aloha! I’m the Business Manager for Vitality Kauai. My goal is to help patients have the best possible experience when they visit our clinic. In addition, I try to relieve our providers from any back office responsibilities so they can focus on patient care. Although my undergraduate degree was in Mechanical Engineering, I spent most of my career in Financial Planning. Although I rarely am involved with direct patient care, I am also a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and I am fascinated by the emerging technologies in Aesthetic Medicine.

I count my blessings every day here on Kaua’i. Surfing is my passion, but if there are no waves, I’m happy to mix it up by playing golf or tennis. I also love to explore different cultures while traveling.

CHAYIL CHRISTENSEN

Chayil was raised on Big Island and moved to Kauai with her husband Kai and 3 children in 2003. She began her laser career 9 years ago in laser micro-current and frequency techniques and is now certified to operate several of our aesthetic lasers at Vitality Kauai.

A life-long learner, Chayil spends countless hours discovering new ways to utilize the incredible power of laser technology to expand the services we are able to offer. She excels at creating a professional, comfortable experience and strives to help our clients achieve their personal aesthetic goals.

When she is not at the office, she enjoys our beautiful beaches, hiking, yoga, cheffing it up, the occasional electronic repair and making her signature deodorant.

KAYCEE MILNE

A long time friend and client of Dr. Betty, Kaycee is thrilled to be part of this amazing Vitality Kaua'i team. She has had a successful career as a professional violinist, playing with numerous symphony orchestras across the country and performing with solo artists such as Yo-Yo Ma, Itzhak Perlman, Joshua Bell, rap icon Eminem, and recorded on Jake Shimabukuro’s new album “Jake and Friends”. She is the owner and founder of Strings of Hawaii - string ensembles for weddings and events.

Kaycee has found a home at our front desk where you will find her recommending products, managing the schedule and yucking it up with clients and staff! Her numerous relationships in the community and discipline in her craft make her invaluable to our team at Vitality Kauai.
